When you become a member of Community Intervention Services, you also get a membership to Community Intervention Services (CIS) Community Support Fund.
Community Intervention Services works with everyday residents to increase individual self-sufficiency and impact the material conditions of Black and Brown people in South Los Angeles. CIS works to enhance community safety, empower residents, and promote community-based safety initiatives and re-entry services.
WE ARE SUPPORTING INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WITHIN SOUTH LOS ANGELES
The Community Intervention Services (CIS) Community Support Fund seeks to strengthen communities and enhance safety by implementing community-based culturally-competent interventions such as quality safe passage, re-entry programs, and immediate service interventions at the individual and community levels.
